DOTMATRIX CONSULTANT PRIVATE LIMITED is a software publishing company incorporated in India on 17 January 2025 under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka (CIN: U58200KA2025PTC196976). Our business activity is classified under NIC code 58200 — software publishing. We develop, publish, license and maintain software products, and we build custom web and mobile applications for the organisations we work with. Our team brings together software engineers, product designers, quality-assurance specialists and technical consultants, and our work spans the full product lifecycle: discovery and specification, design and development, release and distribution, and long-term maintenance and support. Our mission is to publish dependable, well-engineered software and to stand behind it for as long as our customers use it. We are not a bank, a non-banking financial company (NBFC) or a lender; we do not accept deposits, offer loans, credit or any other financial service.
